ABAUT BAUT oost
Think of BAUT Oost as the refined results of running the eclectic BAUT pop-ups for the past 8 years. After taking our restaurant all over Amsterdam, we have finally found a home where we are marrying the vibrancy of our past concept. BAUT is again located where it all started in 2012, the wiBAUTstraat, and is here to stay!
We are evolving but do not fret! With a focus on local products and producers we are more sustainable then ever!
Our menu
LUNCH, DRINKS, AND DINNER
Lunch and brunch classics are a must and are complemented by fantastic small dishes and delicious sandwiches. The dinner menu isn't a traditional starter-main-dessert format. Instead, all dishes are served as small plates, perfect for sharing. Just want a quick bite at the bar? That's also possible because many dishes are available in an adapted form on the bar menu. This makes us the spot with the tastiest bar menu in Amsterdam East 😉.
